SSB Guidance
SSB stands for Service Selection Board, which is a recruiting organization for the Indian Armed Forces that assesses candidates for officer roles. The SSB is responsible for selecting candidates for the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force.
The SSB interview process is a multi-stage selection process that includes tests and interviews to evaluate a candidate’s personality, intelligence, and aptitude. The process is designed to bring out a candidate’s best qualities and test their officer-like qualities.
Broadly the tests includes intelligence and psychological tests, An Interview and Group tests(total 9). These three broad categories judge you by Mukha, Wacha, and Karma.
So all the three aspects are judged by different person in different conditions and one has to be consistent in all the formats.
To appear for all this one has to clear the screening tests which includes intelligence questions and discussion test.
